What is Missing?
It seems like a simple question, yet today it shadows every aspect of our existence.
Absence of peace.
Absence of certainty.
Absence of trust.
Absence of home.
Absence of hope.
For those navigating the fluid spaces of identity, Absence is a core, existential experience. It is the gap, the echo, the silence, or the possibility that has yet to manifest.
We turn this question to our global community and YouTube subscribers:
What is missing for you in your journey of Becoming / Identity in Transition?
The upcoming flash exhibition, "ABSENCE" (חסר), aims to give form to that which is not present. To map the traces left behind by things that have vanished, been denied, forgotten, or have not yet arrived.
📸 How to Participate:
We invite artists and creators worldwide to submit AI-Generated Art or Photographs capturing their own version of "Absence" on a personal, political, gendered, or philosophical level.
- Street-Facing Installation: Selected works will be printed by the gallery and hung in our window display at Levinsky 71, Tel Aviv, directly interacting with the public street.
- Virtual Archive: All selected works will also be featured in our permanent digital gallery online.
